  1. Cuci bersih lele lalu tuang cuka masak. Balurkan ke tubuh dan diamkan 5 mnt lalu bilas kembali hingga bersih. Kerat2 badannya lalu goreng. Jng terlalu kering yah.
  2. Siapkan bumbu yg sdh di haluskan, lalu tumis irisan bawang putih dan bawang merah. Lalu masukkan bumbu halus aduk2 rata sampai tercium wangi. Setelah itu tambahkan air separuh dl. Masukkan daun salam, daun jeruk dan sereh.
  3. Lalu masukkan santan dan gula, bubuk kaldu, cabe rawit dan tambahkan kembali sisa air. Aduk aduk rata selama 5-10 menit supaya santan tercampur rata tdk pecah. Lalu masukkan lele.
  4. Setelah itu masukkan tahu aduk aduk rata baru masukkan daun kemangi. Aduk kembali. Dan matikan api. Mangut lele pedas ini enak banget.. 馃槏馃挄.
