  7. Add water and let it cook until chickpeas are softer.
  8. Add dissolved cornflour to thicken it..
  9. Prepare tarka by adding oil and kashmiri chilli together.
  10. Pour over the chickpeas curry..
  11. Prepare sooji halwa. Melt ghee in a pot and add cardamoms.
  12. Add sooji and cook for a minute.
  13. Then add desicated coconut and besan..
  14. Prepare sheera by adding sugar and water and cook until sugar is dissolved.
  15. Now add this sheera to the sooji pot.
  16. Add food colouring and cook until sooji is tender and ghee separates.
  17. Serve hot.
  18. Prepare a platter by serving all quantities and enjoy.
